ClokIt USA: Inside the Building-Tech Company With an Estimated $10 Million Valuation

The emerging software company is developing a platform designed to rethink how buildings are surveyed, documented, and managed.

Sponsored content disclosure: This feature was developed in partnership with ClokIt USA, which has a sponsorship and investment relationship with The American Dispatch. The valuation figures discussed here were provided for this feature and have not been independently appraised or verified.

ClokIt USA, LLC is developing a construction-technology platform focused on turning scattered information about existing buildings into more accessible, long-term digital records.

Its approach, described as Building Intelligence, brings together field-investigation observations, photographs, existing-condition reports, architectural drawings, and other property information. The aim is to help building owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and field professionals find useful documentation without starting from disconnected project folders.

The company is also working on interactive 3D property mapping, digital-building models, and tools that may help organize field data and assist with report preparation. These capabilities are at different stages of development and do not replace professional verification or the work of licensed architects and engineers.

ClokIt's estimated company valuation is approximately $10 million. The estimate reflects its software development, digital infrastructure, building-information assets, and anticipated commercialization opportunities. It is not presented as an independently established market value or a confirmed financing valuation.

The longer-term ambition is to make building information a reusable digital asset that gains utility as more records and verified observations are added. A possible future valuation of $100 million has been discussed as an aspirational scenario if the company achieves substantial adoption—not as a guaranteed result.

The central idea is straightforward: buildings may last for decades, and the knowledge accumulated about them should not disappear every time a project ends. ClokIt is building its platform around preserving that history.
